    Ticket sales terms & conditions

    1. No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
    2. No refund on tickets except when the event is cancelled or postponed 
    3. If the event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ''Notices'' or individually, a ''Notice'') respectively shall be placed Rhythmtree website by the Promoter or it’s PR Representatives. 
      1. The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
      2. Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such un-refunded sums shall be dealt with at Rhythmtree Festival's sole discretion.
      3. In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit or debit cards shall automatically be refunded to the  cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and the condition below shall apply.
      4. Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded by cheque or cash and refunds must be made at the Rhythmtree registered office: Pyle House, 137 Pyle Street, Newport, isle of Wight PO30 1JW, during our office operating hours. Ticket Holders must produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds. 
      5. The Ticketing Fee, Booking Fee and/or Postal Charge will not be refunded.
    4. Damaged tickets will not be accepted for wristband exchange.
    5. The tickets must be exchanged at the box office for wristbands before entry. The Purchaser MUST present Ticket or Booking Reference upon wristband collection. 
    6. No third-party collection allowed.
    7. The resale of tickets is prohibited. Rhythmtree reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
    8. Box Office closes at 9pm each night, tickets cannot be exchanged for wristbands after this time. 
    9. No entrance to the event without a wristband.
    10. The Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
    11. No audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
    12. The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes and event times without prior notice.
    13. The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
    14. The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
    15. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
    16. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
    17. Information is collected from those registering with Rhythmtree Festival in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
    18. Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a person with a valid Adult ticket. 
    19. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter Rhythmtree Festival Ltd.

    Terms & conditions of entry

    1. Rhythmtree Festival will endeavour to be a safe event which people can attend without being intimidated in any way by the behaviour of others on site.
    2. Rhythmtree Festival is a family event and we have a responsibility to ensure everybody's safety and general well-being. Therefore the right of admission is reserved (R.O.A.R.)
    3. If you arrive at the event gates obviously drunk or under the influence of drugs you will be refused entry. 
    4. If you are aggressive or in any way belligerent towards our staff you will be refused entry.
    5. If you are found to be in possession of any illegal substances you will be refused entry. 
    6. There will be 'honesty bins' available for disposal of any items that are unsafe or unwelcome on the site.
    7. Anti-social behavior including drug misuse and excessive consumption of alcohol inside the event will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
    8. No admission without a valid ticket or your unique eticket from our online supplier. No admission after 21.00 each day
    9. There will be a ticket allocation available on the gates but can only be purchased with cash (no cheques)
    10. All tickets purchased are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold.
    11. The Campsite opens at 9am on Friday 14th July 2017
    12. No entry to the site after 21.00
    13. Arena opens at 12.00 Friday 14/7 10.00am 15/16 July 2017 
    14. Arena closes 02.00 14/15 23.59 on 16th July 2017
    15. All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21. No more than four under 16s per parent or guardian. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you might be asked for ID at the bars as part of the Challenge 25 initiative - so please bring photo ID with you.
    16. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
    17. You are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol into the arena, you may bring alcohol into the campsite for personnel consumption.
    18. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind. Broken glass is very dangerous and may affect the availability of the site for future events
    19. No open fires, flares, Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed. 
    20. No dogs allowed. (except guide dogs)
    21. No access is permitted to the farm, Three Gates is a working farm
    General Information:
    1. Warning - exposure to loud music may be damaging to your hearing.
    2. Parents are reminded that there are areas of the event site, especially immediately in front of the stages, that are inappropriate for some people including young children.
    3. Please do not allow young children to play around the event site unaccompanied at any time. 
    4. No kites, flags on carbon rods or Chinese lanterns.
    5. Strobe lighting may be used at the event.

    Rhythmtree Festival site is a beautiful farmland setting and we want to keep it that way so please help us by keeping it clean and use the waste carriers provided. Please respect the trees and wildlife around the farm.
